Aesop's Fables Books About Reading, Writing, Thinking
In four volumes, these bright and colorful books are designed for early reading, writing and thinking and provide a year's enrichment.
Each volume contains 11 different fables and emphasizes reading, writing, thinking and life skills, values, speaking, decision making, parts of speech, grammar, visual interpretation and creative expression.
The reading level increases from 2.1 in Volume 1 to 4.3 in Volume 1V
Each fable receives four pages: one for illustration, one for the text of the fable, and two for language arts activities. Every fable includes sentence writing, new vocabulary, and an opportunity to color.
The laminated books measure 8 1/2 inches by 11 inches and are bound on the short side so they are easy for young readers to use.
