That’s why Royal Fireworks Online Learning is offering Success Over Stress, a five-session interactive workshop based on Harvard research and designed to equip students with proven techniques for managing stress, improving focus, and fostering a positive mindset. Led by experienced instructor Arlene Prince, this course will provide practical strategies that students can use throughout their lives.
