Buddhism Workshop (June 20-22)

Have you ever been curious about Buddhism? Maybe you know about mindfulness or have heard people use the word zen, but where do these ideas come from, and what do they mean? How do people across the globe practice this religion, and why are Buddhist ideas, first articulated 2,500 years ago by a man living in India, still so inspiring and interesting to people today? This workshop will introduce students to this philosophy and religion, from its roots to the diversity of Buddhist practice today.

There will be no assignments for this course, just a forum for gathering online to learn and discuss. There will be an online classroom provided with additional materials and a space to connect.

Live Classes: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, June 20th, 21st, and 22nd, at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time
