Creative Writing III

In this course, students will conduct a rigorous exploration of the basics of plot, characterization, and setting. They will read a novel to examine it for these writing elements. There will be some writing assignments based on discussion and readings, and the instructor will read and assist the students on an individual basis with their own projects.

Live Classes: Mondays, 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time, from the week of January 10th to the week of May 9th

Student Expectations: Students must be able to do assignments using a keyboard (no handwritten assignments).

Materials/Supplies: Students will need the books A Fairly Creative Guide to Telling Tales and The Spirit Walker.
