There are two sessions of this workshop, each of which covers a different set of debate topics. Students can take one or both sessions. Both workshops will use the same text.

Students in this workshop will discover controversial issues in two of the world’s most exciting industries: artificial intelligence (AI) and environmental sustainability. The instructor will demonstrate new technological concepts and challenge students to understand all sides of the issues—even the ones they disagree with!

Class Meetings: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time
Dates: May 20th, 21st, 22nd

Materials/Supplies: Students will be sent a book titled Critical Thinking
and Current Debates: Artificial Intelligence, Environmental Sustainability, and Medical Technology. Note that this text can be used for both sessions of this workshop.
