A Review of the Important Topics in Geometry
Geometry is one of the oldest and most practical branches of mathematics. It is frequently the branch of mathematics that students with dyslexia take to most readily. Geometry leads children to logical thought and proof by an essential sequence of reasoning. Its importance for understanding the basic order of the world around us cannot be overstated.
This course covers linear and solid geometry, including similar triangles, congruent triangles, quadrilaterals, polygons, and introductory trigonometry. It is designed to provide a review of geometry, an opportunity for your child to go over the important topics covered during the last year.
This course is set for the appropriate level of difficulty for children who will be entering the tenth grade.
