Spanish IV – Advanced Spanish: Literature

This is the second half of a two-semester course that began in Fall 2020.
This course offers an in-depth study of Spanish to help students attain an intermediate to advanced level of proficiency. It will involve conversation exercises, reading, and writing assignments.
Live Classes: Wednesdays, 2:30 p.m. Eastern Time, from January 13th to May 12th. Students must attend the live classes.
Student Expectations: Students will submit weekly assignments, complete unit quizzes, and work with dialogues and class exercises. Students should study and practice for at least twenty minutes every day.
Student Support: The instructor is available via email.
Feedback/Assessment: Feedback will be provided on assignments, quizzes, and classwork.
Materials: All necessary reading and study materials will be provided and posted online. Students must have a good Spanish-English dictionary, a class notebook, and a journal.
Prerequisites: Students should have completed Spanish III or obtain permission from the instructor.
