Being a kid isn’t easy these days. Children deal with a lot of stress, from both external sources and pressures they feel internally. This workshop, which is centered around Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction techniques, will show students that they have the power to control their own stress levels and equip them with the tools to do so.
