Spring Semester in the Online Learning Community Begins Monday!
It’s a new year and a new semester in the Royal Fireworks Online Learning Community! Spring semester begins Monday, and we’re offering a variety of courses, from academic subjects such as English language arts (with Michael Clay Thompson), math, history, science, and foreign language study (Spanish and Latin) to topics that are generally considered electives such as creative writing, Western philosophy, the arts, and mindfulness training, all of which help to provide a more well-rounded, humanistic education. There’s something for everyone in our current lineup of courses!
New for the spring semester are the following courses in a range of topics, many of which are important, relevant, and thought-provoking, with others promising to be just plain fun:
- History of American Popular Culture
- History and Literature of the Holocaust
- The Racial Wealth Gap in the United States
- Ecology and Evolution
- Arguments about the Existence of God in the Western Philosophical Tradition
- Conversational Spanish
- Introduction to Latin Poetry
- Great Designers of Fashion
All of the Royal Fireworks courses will provide youngsters with educational, intellectual, and academic challenge in a way that will keep them engaged and interested. The semester starts Monday, January 11th, so be sure to register today!
