When Can Kids Start?

Social-emotional learning can begin with children as young as four years old with our picture book-based curriculum. These books are fully illustrated and great to read aloud. That’s important because when it comes to education for young children, it has to be fun. However, keeping lessons light and silly doesn’t mean we don’t focus on the important stuff. The books offer tons of opportunities for kids to practice effective mindfulness techniques.

Several of the books come with instructor guidebooks to help you understand how best to implement them, but there’s one key point to remember: children need to develop a routine in order to make mindfulness lessons stick, so making social-emotional learning something that kids look forward to is important!

What Is the Mindfulness Pack?

We offer a set of five books that together are the perfect jumping-off point for social-emotional learning. Children ages 4-7 can begin to understand the power they have over their own bodies and build skills for responding in healthy ways to difficulties.
