Students should make note of the following information:

• Course details and Zoom links will be sent out approximately one week before the start of each course.
• NEW STUDENTS: User names, passwords, and instructions for accessing your portal will be sent to you a week before the course begins.
• RETURNING STUDENTS: You will use your existing login user name and password for the rfa.mrooms.net portal.
• Please check your user name and password well before the first day of classes.
• Make sure to add [email protected] to your safe sender list to ensure that course details, login information, updates, cancellations, grades, and transcripts do not go to spam or junk folders.
• Check the materials/supplies information for each course. For many courses, the materials are supplied, but that is not always the case. In those instances, the materials must be purchased separately—typically in advance of the start of the course.
• All times are Eastern Time in the United States, and class meetings last approximately one hour unless otherwise noted in the course details.
• All class meetings are recorded, and links to the recordings will be posted on the course rfa.mrooms.net site. This enables students to watch the class meetings.
• If students miss class meetings or enroll after the course has begun, they can catch up by watching the recordings and doing the homework.
• Each year, students will have access to fall courses and recordings until December 31st and to spring courses and recordings until June 30th.
