THIS IS A TWO-SEMESTER COURSE.

This course is an essential gateway to enable students to succeed in higher mathematics, and as such, a great deal of time (including individual special attention) will be allocated to making certain that each student understands all aspects of the material.

The course will cover a review of basic algebra topics, complex numbers, quadratics and conic sections, polynomials, multivariable expressions, sequences and series, identities, inequalities, exponents and logarithms, piecewise-defined functions, functional equations, and much more.

This course is set for the appropriate level of difficulty for children in the tenth or eleventh grade.

Spring Semester: January 14 – May 13, 2027
