At Royal Fireworks Online Learning, we’re pleased to offer a uniquely creative math experience: Introduction to Origami with Dr. Rachel McAnallen. Known to students nationwide as “Ms. Math” and author of the Awesum Alex and Friends series of math books, Dr. McAnallen brings decades of teaching experience and leadership in mathematics education. In her courses, learners benefit from her rare gift for revealing the elegant structures at the heart of mathematics.

Through the art of origami, students encounter geometry not as a series of formulas but as a living structure they can construct with their own hands. As models unfold, so too does their understanding of spatial reasoning, symmetry, and mathematical design.
