Spring Workshops Begin Next Week

Spring workshops begin next week at Royal Fireworks Online Learning! These short-format live online workshops are a wonderful way for students to explore a new subject, discover a favorite instructor, or dive into an area of interest without the commitment of a full semester course. Workshops run for one hour per day over three consecutive days. With engaging discussions, expert instructors, and affordable pricing, these workshops are one of the easiest ways to experience Royal Fireworks Online Learning.

The Paris Catacombs: A History Workshop A
Instructor: Ian Boyd
Student Ages: 9–18
Dates: May 19–21
Cost: $90
In this workshop, students will have a chance to explore the history of one of Paris’s most visited monuments through its underground world. It’s a story of political intrigue, collapsing sinkholes, and corrupted air—all during the French Revolution!

The Paris Catacombs: A History Workshop B
Instructor: Ian Boyd
Student Ages: 9–18
Dates: May 26–28
Cost: $90
This is a second offering of the workshop for students whose schedules fit the live class times best during the last week in May.

Environmental Ethics Double-Workshop
Instructor: Dr. Sharon Kaye
Student Ages: 9–15
Dates: May 19–21 and May 26–28
Cost: $180
This double-workshop takes place over two weeks. In it, students will discover seven great thinkers who explored the nature of our obligation to the natural environment. The instructor’s intriguing, entertaining, and highly informative novel Geode forms the basis of study, giving students an enjoyable way to learn about a serious topic.
