The Making of Modern Fashion Workshop

Discover three of modern fashion’s most consequential designers, all of whom continue to shape what we wear today. Students will explore the stories behind iconic styles while developing a deeper appreciation for fashion as a form of creative expression.

Introduction to Mindfulness Workshop: Healthy Minds, Healthy Students

Give students practical tools for managing stress, improving focus, and building emotional resilience. Through simple mindfulness techniques, participants will learn strategies they can use both in school and in everyday life.

Success Over Stress Workshop

This five-week workshop helps students develop lasting habits for managing academic pressure, building confidence, and reducing stress. Students will learn practical strategies for organization, time management, emotional regulation, and maintaining a healthy mindset throughout the school year.
